Shelah Chao Wallace: A graduate of University of Pennsylvania's Wharton Undergraduate School, Shelah Chao Wallace has worked in commercial real estate since 2005, investing over $1 billion in total capitalization for companies such as Prudential Mortgage Capital (Senior Investment Analyst), iStar Financial (Loan Associate), and Bancorp Bank (Vice President-Commercial Real Estate Loan Officer).
She founded and serves as president of Racquets Serving Hope (www.rshphilly.org), a 501(c)3 non-profit focused on youth development through music, athletics, and arts that fiscally sponsors for-profit projects aligned with its mission. Shelah is also the founder of Capital Fundr (www.capitalfundr.com), a crowdfunding tech and support service for equity/debt funds focused on Rule 506, Reg D crowdfunding.
